State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) Status Level 2: The SEOC is activated at level two operations in a Unified Command Center (UCC) in support of COVID-19 recovery, I70 Glenwood Canyon response efforts and monitoring flash flooding and wild land fire starts including the Black Mountain Fire in Grand County for any resource requests. The UCC is operational Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
