State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) Status Level 3

SEOC is operational Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

SEOC Weekly Training 

Today's weekly SEOC training is focused on the responsibilities of emergency support function 6.  ESF6 includes:
  • Mass Care
  • Emergency Assistance
  • Temporary Housing
  • Human Services
 Mass Care is the area that ESF6 typically activates first.  It is:
  • Sheltering
  • Feeding
  • Donated Goods Management
  • Reunification 
  • Companion Animal Sheltering
  • Access and Functional Needs Support
  • Human Services
The ESF6 position work our partners that are part of the Colorado Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasters.  This organization leads much of the support during and after a disaster to directly help people. Our COVOAD partners are essential to a successful disaster response.
